This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method. Supply Arrangement W6399-22CA45 Holders have been emailed the Request for Proposal. Other interested bidders may submit bids once they have qualified for the Supply Arrangement.
