The training package will be required to be delivered to 25 personnel. Accommodations and meals must be provided for 27 personnel. The Contractor must provide training for an initial training serial from January 24th 2022 to February 3rd 2022. DND has an additional requirement for optional training serials, dates to be determined, in 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025. This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
