BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Western Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. For the purposes of this procurement, Canada is acting as AGENT for the British Army Training Unit Suffield in accordance with the “Agreement Between the Government of Canada and The Government of The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on British Armed Forces’ Training in Canada” and the “Memorandum of Understanding Between The Department of National Defence of Canada and The Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland Concerning British Armed Forces Training at Canadian Forces Base Suffield (the “MOU”).” To provide challenging training to British Military Service Personnel in specific adventurous training activities that incorporates controlled exposure to risk, in order to develop; leadership, teamwork, physical fitness, morale and physical courage, as well as other personal attributes and skills that are vital to the delivery of Operational capability. The period of the Contract will be from 2022-05-01 to 2022-09-30. The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
