All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by February 15, 2022 by 2:00PM MST. All bids submitted after 2:00PM MST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. CFIA has identifying several deficiencies associated with the existing incinerator at their Lethbridge Laboratory Upgrades are required to bring the incinerator to current legislative requirements and operating technologies. There will be an optional site visit on February 1, 2022 @ 10:30AM MST at the National Centre of Animal Diseases Lethbridge Lab, Township Road 9-1, Lethbridge, AB. This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel.
