The contractor will perform work in an advisory role to the CER management, acting as chief employer negotiator on behalf of the CER for collective bargaining with the Professional Institute of the Public Service of Canada (PISPC) in respect of negotiating a new collective agreement to replace the current Agreement which expires 31 October 2022. The contractor is expected to provide expert advice and consulting services to the CER management on all aspects of collective bargaining including dispute resolution and representing the CER.
