Description:
This is for the completion of the annual Northern Boundary Sockeye Run Reconstruction (NBRR), which is an integral component of the existing bilateral post-season Northern Boundary Technical Committee, Northern Boundary Area sockeye reconstruction assessments. The Contractor will perform all tasks required to complete the annual Northern Boundary Sockeye Run Reconstruction model run, to estimate catch by fishing district/area, total catch, and total return for all modelled Northern Boundary stocks, and Annual Allowable Harvest for Canadian origin Northern Boundary sockeye stocks (Skeena and Nass sockeye), described below.
