Title: Business Transformation Consulting services for Financial Management Transformation, Office of the Comptroller General, Treasury Board Secretariat. Objective: The Financial Management Transformation (FMT), Office of the Comptroller General (OCG), Treasury Board Secretariat, requires Business Transformation Architect consulting services on an “as and when requested” basis through the issuance of Task Authorizations process. As a result of the Business Transformation Architect’s work, the following documents will be developed and delivered: Analysis of critical success factors. Strategies and plans. Business cases. The impacts of change and mitigating change management plans. Strategic advice on financial management transformation. Documents necessary to submit proposals to Cabinet. The strategic analysis of the financial management in the Government of Canada (GC) will enable the OCG to transform the management of finances in the GC.
