BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. TITLE: C02 Pro Atmosphere Environment and Climate Change Canada requires the supply and delivery of four (4) autonomous, submersible freshwater pCO2 measurement devices, two (2) air-water pCO2 measurement devices and two (2) submersible CH4 measurement devices for deployment on autonomous buoys at various study sites (freshwater and/or seawater). The scope of supply must include all required hardware, including accessories for power supply, cables for connections and frames for mounting, software, documentation, and include instrument service and recalibration after 1 year. Delivery Dates: All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information.
