And, this bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W6369-20-X010A dated 2021/07/07 with a closing of 2021/08/12 14:00 Eastern Daylight Time (EDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. BACKGROUND The Department of National Defence (DND) more specifically, Defence Research and Development Canada – Ottawa (DRDC-Ottawa) has a requirement to purchase two (2) Electronic Warfare Testbed (EWTB) Conduction Systems REQUIREMENTS The Contractor must fulfill the requirement with the specifications detailed in the solicitation. Equivalent will be evaluated on some items; please refer to Annexes A and B of the Request for Solicitation. For each proposed equivalent, The bidder must submit specifications to demonstrate equivalency and provide the following: Proposed part number Proposed NCAGE Name of Manufacturer DATE OF DELIVERY All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March, 2023, inclusive. Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does not include a security requirement. Canada reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received. Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
