The scope of work for this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for the decommissioning, demolition and site restoration. In general, work under this contract will consist of, but will not necessarily be limited to, the following: 1. Demolition, decommissioning and hazardous materials abatement of the existing CCG administration building and other site works. 2. Supply and installation of new water metering stations. 3. Secure fencing, paving and line painting. POLLUTION LIABILITY INSURANCE This solicitation includes a requirement for pollution liability insurance coverage. FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE Before submitting a bid, it is recommended that the bidder or a representative of the bidder visit the work site to review and verify the form, nature and extent of the work, materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the work.
