Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Elevator Maintenance Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service - EJ196-201192/A To provide Long Term Elevating Device maintenance service. The Contractor shall provide all necessary tools (including but not limited to programming, diagnostic and site specific specialty devices), equipment, materials, travel, labours, inspection, testing, software updates and/or upgrades. The service must be provided in accordance with Annex A - Statement of Work. The period of any resulting contract will be for a period of ten (10) years with Canada retaining an irrevocable option to extend the contract for three (3) additional five (5) year periods under the same conditions. This requirement is for Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) for the elevators located at The Senate of Canada Building located at 2 Rideau Street, Ottawa, Ontario. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive. There is a mandatory site visit associated with this requirement where personnel security screening is required prior to gaining access to PROTECTED information, assets or sites. Consult Part 2 - Bidder Instructions. Due to the nature of this requirement and in order to gain access to the site, it is MANDATORY that all interested bidders submit the Names (legal name) and birth dates of their representatives that will be attending the Mandatory Site Visit to the Contracting Authority email at Stefan.ruest@tpwsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca no later than February 21, 2022 at 13:00pm EST. It is recommended that two names for each attending contractor be submitted as substitutes will not be accepted. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses.
