SUMMARY: The Department of National Defence (DND), has a requirement for Locksmith Services on an “as and when requested basis. The work will be performed at 17 Wing Winnipeg and other satellites locations. The period of the Standing Offer is for two (2) year firm (January 1, 2022 to December 31, 2023), with three (3) one-year option periods. Only one Standing Offer will be issued.
