The purpose of this Negotiated Request for Proposal (the “NRFP”) is to solicit proposals from qualified Canadian incorporated companies, with physical headquarters and presence in Canada, capable of providing event planning and management services in Canada, United States and other global markets. Destination Canada’s Business Events (DCBE) team generates demand, in collaboration with our partners, for international meetings, conventions, and incentive travel to Canada. Our DCBE partners include federal departments, provincial and city destination marketing organizations, convention centers, hotels and resorts.
