All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 2, 2022 by 2:00 EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. (The overall objective of the project is to fabricate at least one beam trawl net that is 50 feet (15.24 m) long, 14.76 ft (4.5 m) wide and 6.56 ft ( 2 m) high at the mouth, with its complements, i.e. a system of groundgear and rockhoppers and two additional pieces of net to cover the side panels. A maximum of four nets with the same additions could be requested from the contractor. The metal parts of the trawl as well as its wheels (visible on the plans) are not deliverables of this contract and therefore should not be part of the tender.)
