The requirement is for thirty-five (35) rooms total for the planned period of January 19th, 2022 to February 12th, 2022. All accommodations are not required at the same time and may flex to increase or decrease as required. A total of: 5 Single Occupancy Guestrooms 19 Jan 2022 to 12 Feb 2022 (25 nights) 30 Single Occupancy Guestrooms 21 Jan 2022 to 12 Feb 2022 (23 nights) For an Estimated total room nights of 1680. More details are provided in the Statement of Work in Annex A Basis of selection: The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of the contract.
