Among the mandatory requirements, the establishment must meet the following minimum requirements; The hotel(s) must be located in Key West, Florida, US and within fifteen (15) kilometres driving distance of US Naval Air Station, US-1, Key West, FL 33040, United States. Must provide Parking for minimum of 25 vehicles All rooms must be accessed by internal corridors only, no exterior door. The Contractor must have on-site fitness facility that include the following: a swimming pool; benches and free weights; and at least three (3) different types of cardio machines (treadmill, rower, stationary bicycle etc.) There must be at least three (3) or more restaurants within a two (2) kilometers walk of the hotel(s). The Hotel facility must demonstrate the capability for occupants to do their own laundry at the occupants own expense. More details are provided in the Statement of Work in Annex A Basis of selection: The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for the award of the contract.
