Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulator W0114-210005/A Carriere, Nancy Telephone No. - (613) 286-5423 Solicitation - W0114-210005/A, Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) Simulator The Department of National Defence, Royal Military College of Canada (RMC), Department of ECE requires the supply and delivery of an advanced GNSS simulator designed and developed to deliver the highest standard of Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) signal testing and sensor simulation performance as outlined in Annex A Requirement and Annex B, Basis of Payment. It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) contract for this request. Suppliers are asked to submit their questions, comments and inquiries regarding the Request for Proposal by email, questions should be sent by email at nancy.carriere@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca. Suppliers may request a debriefing on the results of the Request for Proposal process. Suppliers should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the Request for Proposal process.
