BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. REQUIREMENT The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) has a requirement for floor mats for their new National Training Academy (NTA) in Kingston, Ontario. Due to limited space, the gym area will function as a multi-use space, which requires the mats to be portable and lightweight to be movable and store easily. The mats should also allow for the safe delivery of self-defence and physical skills training that include physical impact with the ground. Foldable mats are not acceptable due to safety concerns. 2. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There are no security requirements associated with this requirement. 3. EVALUATION AND SELECTION: The requirement includes Mandatory technical criteria.
