It is MANDATORY that all deliverables for the firm requirement are received on or before March 31, 2022. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). This requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods. It is the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure that all addenda issued prior to solicitation closing have been obtained and addressed in the submitted bid. DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person. IMPORTANT NOTICE TO SUPPLIERS RE.
