The Bidder must propose one (1) resource per category to be evaluated for the core resources. The additional resources will be evaluated at the time of Task Authorization requests. ALL PRE-QUALIFIED TIER 1 SUPPLIERS FOR THESE CATEGORIES ABOVE HAVE BEEN INVITED TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL IN RESPONSE TO THIS BID SOLICITATION. Description of Work: The Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC) requires services of IM/IT professional resources to assist the Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) with their needs, on an “as and when requested” basis, with a focus on the following: ➢ Assist the Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) with the development of case management systems and ensure alignment with the ISST Service Strategy. ➢ Assist the Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) with the development, testing, and delivery and implementation of case management systems. ➢ Assist the Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST) with renewals and development and testing of case management related applications and modules. ➢ Support the Information Services & Solutions Team (ISST), ensuring ongoing alignment with established development plans. ➢ Create and design new websites. ➢ Continued support for existing websites. ➢ Ensure the new websites are responsive, addressing the growing smartphone audience. ➢ Ensure the new websites are compliant with WCAG “AA” standards. ➢ Ensure the new websites meet the Government of Canada’s official language requirements (English,French). ➢ The new websites need to function well, resonate with its audience, and stand-up to security threats. The ATSSC may require additional resources, in addition to the core team, and such resources may be required during the period of the contract on an as-and-when requested basis, through a Task Authorizations (TA) process. The additional resources are not required at the time of bid closing. The additional resources must meet the security requirements and technical requirements specified in this RFP, at the time of Task Authorization (TA) request.
