Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: The bidder must supply Canadian goods and/or services Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: Yes Nature of Requirements: Musical Ride Horses Professional Hauling Services M7594-221982/A Glover, Kingsley Telephone No. - (343) 543-0634 The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Musical Ride requires delivery of professional hauling services consisting of four (4) double axles air suspension tractor/power units including drivers with extensive livestock hauling experience, to haul RCMP Musical Ride horses and equipment in four (4) trailers owned or leased by the RCMP. The RCMP requires ground transportation to specified areas for engagements in Canada and the United States as required. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. The delivery of the services may including areas subject to Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs). In such cases, Comprehensive Land Claim Agreements (CLCAs) will apply. The requirement is limited to Canadian services. Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) will apply. The period of the Contract is from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 inclusive. There are three additional one year options. Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
