All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on February 14, 2022 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Requirement Measurement Canada has a requirement to establish a Standing Offer for the as and when required supply and delivery of specialized Marking Equipment and Tools as described herein. The marking equipment must render the precise and accurate markings required by the Technical Supply Inspector on Canada’s diving equipment. The tools and required are intended for use on inspection tags and diving equipment. The configuration of the Year-only Punches, Dies and Year-only seals are expected to require alteration on an annual basis. Debriefings Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be provided in writing, by telephone or in person.
