The Department of national Defence (DND), specifically the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) intends to acquire two (2) 20-Channel Programmable Attenuators. There items are for use in the Naval Information Warfare Systems Command (NAVWAR) anechoic chamber facility for testing Global Positioning System (GPS) Receivers. The equipment must meet the requirements detailed in the Statement of Requirement (SOR) attached as an annex to the solicitation document. All the deliverables must be supplied and delivered in Ottawa on or before 31 March 2022. Goods and Services Identification Number GSIN: N6625 Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments Applicable Trade Agreements: Canada Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) North America Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) There will be no set-aside for aboriginal businesses. This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. There is no security requirement applicable to the Contract. It is DND’s intention to award a single contract for this requirement. Bidders are to refer to the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the detailed requirement. The basis of selection shall be the compliant Bidder that offers the lowest-cost compliant proposal. DND reserves the right not to award a Contract, regardless of the proposals received. Where this notice and the RFP differ, the RFP shall prevail. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada. Canada retains the rights to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. See solicitation document(s).
