This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category: Stream 1: Applications Services Web Architect, Level 3 Description of Work: The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is working on modernizing its EDRMS solution. In order to select a new solution, the Agency is seeking a consultant to provide input into an assessment of the current SharePoint, M365 environment and requirements, explore possible tools/solutions, conduct proof of concepts, some client engagement to develop architecture for and provide advice and guidance on a plan, implementation, and launch of the selected EDRMS solution. Contract Duration: The contract period will be to March 31, 2022 from the date of contract with an irrevocable option to extend it for up to three (3) additional one-year periods. Bidders must submit a bid for all contract periods. Estimate Level of Effort: 80 days for the initial contract and 220 days for each option period Minimum Corporate Security Required: Facility Security Clearance at the level of secret Minimum Resource Security Required: Secret Inquiries: Inquiries regarding this RFP requirement must be submitted to the Contracting Authority named above. Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly from the Contracting Authority to Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders. There is no incumbent performing the work.
