NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT The Department of National Defence’s (DND) has a requirement of protective shipping cases including foam inserts which will be used for the deployment of IT Equipment to various locations in the world. The resulting contract will include initial deliverables, and optional deliverables for a period until 31 Dec 2022. Delivery of the items is within Ottawa, Ontario. Detailed specifications of the required cases can be found at Annex “A” of the attached Request for Proposal. Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid. Nature of Requirement: The Department of National Defence (DND) requires a contract to providing ruggedized shipping cases with foam inserts. The resulting contract will include initial and optional deliverables during the contract period. Delivery Date: 15 Jun 2022 Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement. Security Requirements: This contract does include security requirements.
