Description:
Notice of Proposed Procurement This requirement is for Employment and Social Development Canada. Objective: The objective of this requirement is to have the copy paper, toner and other printer consumables delivered on a weekly basis to approximately 430 devices in 13 different office locations, which are installed at each address location within the NCR (see Appendix A). The contractor will provide dedicated vehicles, drivers, and laborers. The contractor must ensure the pickup and delivery of material from Federal Government offices as well as to keep an inventory of the stock within the storage area to ensure there is an ample supply to meet weekly delivery needs for two (2) weeks in advance. The contractor will be responsible, for ordering consumables and paper supplies from the providers designed by the Project Authority and have them delivered at our Warehouse. It should be noted that the number of locations and / or number of devices are subject to change at the discretion of ESDC. Proposed period of contract: The contract period is estimated to be for April 01, 2022 to September 30, 2025 inclusive.
