Requirement Details Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category(ies): Resource Category and Level of Expertise (A.1) Application Architect: CRM – Level III (A.1) Application Architect: GCDocs – Level III (A.1) Application Architect: Clarity – Level II (A.6) Programmer/Software Developer: Artificial Intelligence – Level III Description of Work: Professional Services for COTS Application including CRM, Clarity, GCDocs and Artificial Intelligence (AI). Bidders must submit a bid for the identified resource categories. In the last 12 months, similar services are currently being or have been performed by: - Systematix under contract No. 2406A22063 for a contract value estimated at $1,874,999.96 for the period from September 2021 to September 2023. - S.I. Systems under contract No. 2406B22063 for a contract value estimated $1,874,999.96 for the period from September 2021 to September 2023. Under this new solicitation, evaluations will be conducted with fairness in accordance with the evaluation criteria and selection methodology defined in the RFP.
