To provide maintenance services on Fire Protection & Life Safety Systems, including all necessary tools, services, materials, travel and labour on equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work attached herein as Annex A. This requirement is for Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) located at 3701 Carling Ave. Shirley’s Bay Campus in the National Capital Region (NCR). The period of any resulting Contract will be for a period of five (5) years. This requirement is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. Failure to complete and provide the COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement Certification as part of the offer will render the offer non-responsive. This bid solicitation allows bidders to use the Canada Post Corporation’s (CPC) Connect service to transmit their bid electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 entitled Bidder Instructions, and Part 3 entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, of the bid solicitation, for further information. There are security requirements associated with this requirement. For additional information, consult Part 6 - Security, Financial and Other Requirements, and Part 7 - Resulting Contract Clauses. This procurement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the Canada-European Union Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) and Comprehensive and Progressive Agreement for Trans-Pacific Partnership (CPTPP). Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process.
