Trade Agreement: Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA) Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Best Overall Proposal Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Global Affairs Canada (GAC) requires access to a large number of multimedia assets on a royalty-free site for use in CIPO's communications tools. The solicitation is intended to result in the award of one (1) contract for a period beginning on Contract Award Date and ending one (1) year later, and includes up to three (4) irrevocable option years allowing Canada to extend the term of the Contract.
