A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation. Measurement Canada, Weighing & Measuring Division has a requirement for the supply of sixteen (16) 50 kg counting scales, sixteen (16) 12 kg counting scales and sixteen (16) 4 kg precision balance scales, which must meet all of the mandatory technical requirements. Delivery of the scales must occur within 5 weeks of contract award. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
