As such, no bids are requested at this time. This project aims to modernize the current Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) voice, data, and video communication infrastructure and provide additional data link communication infrastructure to enable effective battlespace management and provide increased situational awareness. These capabilities will allow the Air Force to respond to a variety of circumstances across a spectrum of activity and conflict including: • humanitarian assistance • disaster relief • peacekeeping • domestic, joint/combined and expeditionary missions The TIC3 Air project involves the following 4 Lines of Effort (LoE): LoE 1 - Ground/Air/Ground radio replacement LoE 2 - Tactical Data Links domestic ground infrastructure LoE 3 - Surveillance Data Links LoE 4 - Deployable Tactical Data Links Delivery Date: Above-mentioned The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
