This NPP is issued pursuant to PWGSC Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60PQ-140003/C and covers a requirement from the following Product Categories of the SA: - Product Category 1a) - Interconnecting Panels - Product Category 6 – Support Space – Collaborative Furniture, including some Non SA Products 2. Canada Revenue Agency has a requirement for the purchase, delivery and installation of both panels and collaborative furniture for the Saint John TSO in New Brunswick, no later than ten (10) weeks from date of contract award. 3. This NPP covers a requirement to be solicited amongst the General Stream of Suppliers (SA holders). 4. This requirement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA), the Canada-Chili Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), and the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA). 5. All enquiries regarding this requirement must be directed by email to Katherine Hutton Katherine.hutton@cra-arc.gc.ca Proposal documents and supporting information must be submitted in either English or French. Bids must be received on or before January 25th, 2022 at 2:00 PM EST. The CRA reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. 6. Address for Submission of Bids BIDDERS ARE TO SUBMIT PROPOSALS TO: Canada Revenue Agency Bid Receiving Unit BRUg@cra-arc.gc.ca Bids will not be accepted if emailed directly to this email address. This email address must be used to request that CRA open a Connect conversation, as detailed in Standard Instructions 2003. Bidders must not use their own licensing agreement for Connect to initiate a Connect conversation with CRA. Bidders are hereby advised that the Bid Receiving Unit of CRA is available Monday to Friday inclusive, between the hours of 0830 and 1500 EDT, excluding those days that the federal government observes as a holiday. Due to the nature of this solicitation, electronic transmissions of a proposal by facsimile is not considered to be practical and therefore will not be accepted.
