The work under this project consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material to perform the work. Work under this project consists of but is not necessarily limited to the supply and installation of new buried electrical cable feed from the NL Power Termination Pole to Cape Spear operation. Work to include the removal and reinstatement of existing infrastructure as required. Bidders must refer to R2710T GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS - CONSTRUCTION SERVICES - BID SECURITY REQUIREMENTS (GI) (2021-04-01) for the Integrity Provisions applicable to this requirement. FAMILIARIZATION WITH SITE Prior to submitting a bid, it is recommended bidders visit the site to review existing conditions and determine materials needed, the means of access and the temporary facilities required to perform the Work. Obtain prior permission from the Departmental Representative before carrying out site inspection. Any omissions from contractor bid as a result of not performing site visit shall not be considered valid for additions to contract amount.
