Description:
To establish a contracting vehicle with a qualified Vendor to retain the services of professional resources (“Consultants”), on an "as and when required" basis with the expertise and specialization required to support the ongoing development and support of flagship information technology projects at PPSC. PPSC is undergoing the modernization of the departmental case management system, which is relied on by hundreds of end-users for their day-to-day prosecutorial and time-keeping responsibilities. The ongoing development of the system, including the data migration effort from the legacy system, and the capacity-building for operational support, requires coordination of effort between several cross-functional teams across the Information Management and Information Technology Programs. There are project dependencies across the domains of System Architecture and Integrations, Security, Testing, Reporting, Change and Release Management, Operations, and Training, which require the services of experienced professionals to ensure a successful delivery and continuous support of the system.
