Description:
The Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) currently has a requirement for a database administrator for the on-going development and maintenance of established complex PostGreSQL databases supporting the Canadian Integrated Program for Antimicrobial Resistance Surveillance (CIPARS) Farm and Abattoir programs. Databases supporting the Centre for Food-borne, Environmental and Zoonotic Infectious Diseases (CFEZID), CIPARS Farm and Abattoir programs are maintained through the PHAC in collaboration with the University of Saskatchewan. The databases are specific to each program and are structured to meet the particular program requirements. Both databases are housed on a server at the Western College of Veterinary Medicine, University of Saskatchewan.
