A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for TacEye Monocles or equivalent products to enable direct viewing of intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance information received from L3Harris Tactical Network RoverEs (TNRe). This RFP requires bidders to use the epost Connect service provided by Canada Post Corporation to transmit their offers electronically. Bidders must refer to Part 2 of the RFP entitled Offeror Instructions and Part 3 of the RFP entitled Bid Preparation Instructions, for further information on using this method.
