Trade Agreement: CETA/WTO-AGP/CPTPP/CFTA/FTAs with Peru/Colombia/Panama/Korea/UK Tendering Procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: No Nature of Requirements: Herbicide N6840 - Pest Control Agents and Disinfectants Parks Canada has a requirement to establish a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the supply and delivery of herbicides to aid in the control of Water Soldier in the Trent-Severn Waterway on an as and when requested basis for a period of 2 (two) years. Estimated usages are outlined at Annex B - Basis of Payment. It is the intention of Canada to issue one (1) Standing Offer. The period of the Standing Offer will be from date of issuance to March 31st, 2023 inclusive, with the irrevocable option to extend the term of the standing offer by up to one (1) additional one-year period. The bidder must demonstrate that they meet every mandatory financial evaluation criteria in their bid by submitting supporting documentation. Failure to provide supporting documentation by bid closing date will result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Some of the criteria include: a. The proposed herbicide must be registered in Canada for both the use on Water Soldier (Stratiotes aloides) Water Chestnut (Trapa natans) and for application in/on bodies of water.
