Interested bidders should refer to Part 2 of the solicitation document entitled Instructions to bidders/offerors/suppliers, as the case may be, for instructions on how to participate and submit their files electronically for this tender. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W0107-22MB03/A dated 5 August 2021 with a closing of 3 September 2021 at 2 pm EDT. Solicitation - W0107-22MB03/B Warehouse Racking The requirement is the design of a new racking system, the removal and disposal of the existing racking system, and the supply, delivery, installation and maintenance of the new racking system. All the deliverables must be received on or before 31 March 2022 except the stamped engineered drawings which must be received thirty (30) days after contract award. Optional Virtual Site Visit It is recommended that the Bidder or a representative of the Bidder visit the work site virtually. Arrangements have been made for a virtual site visit to be conducted through ZOOM on 4 November 2022. The site visit will begin at 10 am EDT. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 2 November 2021 at 2:00 pm to confirm attendance and obtain the Zoom link via email. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation.
