BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Due to the impacts from the COVID-19 pandemic, temporary measures are being taken on-site at the Ontario Region Bid Receiving Unit to encourage social distancing. Faxed and hard copy (submitted in person or via mail/courier) bids will not be accepted for the subject bid solicitation. Marie, ON has a requirement for the supply and delivery of two (2) reach-in environmental chambers, one for Type A - Air Cooled Condensing Unit and one for Type B - Water Cooled Condensing Unit. The requirement also includes the options to purchase up to 12 additional environmental chambers (6 Type A chambers and 6 Type B chambers) in the future 3 fiscal years. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with the Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria. See herein for further details. All the deliverables must be received on or before March 31, 2022.
