In the era of Big Data, a paradigm shift is underway in the storage and analysis of Earth Observation (EO) data. Digital Earth Canada (DEC) is proposed as a Canadian EO exploitation platform that embodies the principle of free, open and accessible data. As part of is future activities to provide a powerful networked system to fuel innovation in EO data applications and address major challenges, the CSA Space Utilization Projects Directorate is requesting the services of experienced business analyst(s) (resource or team) to recommend implementation options for a Government of Canada (GoC) EO Analytics Platform – Digital Earth Canada (DEC).
