Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held at Joseph A. Ghiz Building, 275 Pope Road, Summerside PE, C1N 0E1, on December 2, 2021. Contractors interested in participating in the site visit are required to register with the Contracting Authority in advance by e-mail at timothee.beausoleil2@pwgsc-tpsgc.gc.ca by no later than 12:00 pm on November 30, 2021. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. This site visit is subject to the COVID-19 Vaccination Policy for Supplier Personnel. The person(s) who attend must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a Health Canada-approved COVID-19 vaccine(s), or, for personnel that are unable to be vaccinated due to a certified medical contraindication, religion or other prohibited grounds of discrimination under the Canadian Human Rights Act, subject to accommodation and mitigation measures that have been presented to and approved by Canada. Bidders must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 12:00 pm on November 30, 2021 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work within 52 weeks from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. The estimated cost for this opportunity is within the following cost category: between $100,001 to $500,000 (HST included). Standard bid and contract security for the construction is required.
