Description Title: First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Training This requirement is for: Public Works and Government Services Canada This requirement is open: to public Description of the requirement: Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) wishes to obtain the services of an organization specializing in standard First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for the National Capital Region, to provide training to PWGSC personnel. The organization must provide qualified instructors to teach the most recent First Aid and CPR techniques approved by the Minister of Labour with Part XVI of the Canada Occupational Health and Safety Regulations section 16.12 (2 and the National Joint Council’s Occupational Health and Safety Directive in both official languages. Level of Security Requirements: SECURITY REQUIREMENT FOR CANADIAN SUPPLIER: PWGSC FILE No. 10070315-C 1. The Contractor/Offeror must, at all times during the performance of the Contract/Standing Offer, hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS), issued by the Contract Security Program (CSP), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). 2. The Contractor/Offeror personnel requiring access to sensitive site(s) must EACH hold a valid RELIABILITY STATUS, granted or approved by the CSP, PWGSC. Resources: Four (4) bilingual Instructors, or Three (3) bilingual + one (1) French instructor, or Three (3) bilingual + one (1) English instructor, or Two (2) French instructors and two (2) English instructors Applicable Trade Agreements: CFTA Canada-US Canada-Mexico Canada-Chili Canada-Colombie Canada-Honduras Canada-Korea Canada-Panama Proposed Period of the Contract: The Period of the Contract is from date of Contract award to two (2) years later. Option to Extend the Contract: The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to three (3) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same conditions. .
