Description of Work: Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada (AAFC) requires professional services under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement, on an as -and-when-requested basis, for the undertaking of a review of AAFC Corporate Systems and Applications. The intent of this undertaking is to transform the current environment with the following goals: Maximizing the capability of its current systems to increase automation; Developing new applications in response to business needs; and Streamlining business processes to increase efficiency. Accordingly, AAFC has ongoing requirements for professional services resources with experience in business transformation and project management to provide direction, guidance and plans in support of this transformation initiative. In so doing, AAFC needs to obtain operational, detailed, step-by-step activities as part of a multi-year plan with respect to transformation to the S4/HANA version of SAP.
