This is a continuation of RFP 153133 in time only, due to lapse in processing the RFP closed prematurely and will now be amended to have a new bid closing date of November 02, 2021. Client Relationship Management Tool (Helpdesk). This software as a service tool will allow for users to sign on and access communications from clients via various social media channels, Facebook, Instagram and Youtube. The platform must be hosted by the vendor, allow for amalgamation of existing social media channels and allow for simultaneous users being signed into the vendors platform.
