NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Request for Standing Offer: English and/or French Second Language Training SOLICITATION NO.: 202203395 CONTRACTING AUTHORITY: Chantale Gregoire TELEPHONE NO.: 343- 549-5220 E-MAIL ADDRESS: contracting@ps-sp.gc.ca DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT: By means of this RFSO, Public Safety Canada (PS) has a requirement for second language training services “on an as and when requested basis”. Public Safety Canada would like to offer second language training courses to employees as part of the employee’s learning plan for career progression as well as proving support to employees to assist them in meeting their responsibility to maintain their language abilities to meet the requirements of their position. PERIOD OF WORK The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is for one year from the date of standing offer award. If the Standing Offer is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for an additional three (3), one (1) year periods. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY Basis of selection – Highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%). SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is no security requirement identified.
