ANNEX B PART 1 - SOLICITATION Requirement This solicitation and resulting contract are issued against the Supply Arrangement (SA) series E60HN-16ELEC (category 3.45) and all terms and conditions of the SA apply. As a requirement of the Supply Arrangement (SA) this notice is published on Buy and Sell for a period of 10 calendar days. Only pre-qualified Suppliers have been invited to bid. Suppliers that do not already hold a Supply Arrangement in series E60HN-16ELEC with PSPC cannot submit a bid. Vendor is requested to submit a bid for all items listed at Annex “A” attached. Equivalent Products (B3000T) Products that are equivalent in form, fit, function and quality to the item(s) specified in the bid solicitation will be considered.
