Transpolar Technology Corporation and the Halifax Computer Consulting Group in Joint Venture Description of the Requirement: The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) is seeking to procure business consulting services as-and-when requested basis to review and provide recommendations on the CRA’s 3-year project for the development of a new Seamless Client Experience (SCE) Strategy to guide the development of a new whole-of-Agency model for service delivery focused on creating SCEs. Additionally, as part of Phase 1 of the SCE Project’s four-phased approach, the consultant must support the development of the Strategy by: providing recommendations for how the CRA will prioritize use cases for testing SCEs; establishing a clear understanding of the CRA’s current capabilities to deliver SCEs; outlining a future state vision of the CRA that supports SCEs; analyzing any gaps or barriers between current and future states to inform the way forward; and devising a change management strategy to increase the chance of the project’s success. Associated Documents: Request for Proposal (RFP) documents will be e-mailed directly, from the contracting officer, to the Qualified Supply Arrangement Holders who are being invited to bid on this requirement. Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be for one year from date of contract award. The contract will contain one irrevocable option to extend the contract period by up to one additional year. Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the initial contract period will be for 1800 hours. The estimated level of effort of the first option period is currently not foreseeable.
