Description:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirements of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) Security and Emergency Management Sector (SEMS) to spearhead a Departmental program transformation initiative to conceptualize and outline common secure access for PSPC employees across Canada to multiple locations using one single credential (one card, one set of standard credentials, etc.). The goal is to provide physical security access into the PSPC work locations by leveraging an integrated enterprise technological solutions; one that is innovative and scalable. The intent is to lead multiple functional authorities to agree to a vision and establishing the business requirements and processes that will allow the procurement, deployment, commissioning and maintenance of that solution.
