The Right Door Consulting & Solutions Incorporated Description of the Requirement: The Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada (IRB) has a requirement for three (3) resources under the TSPS SA: One (1) Senior Project Manager, Category 3.2; One (1) Senior and one (1) Intermediate Organizational Design and Classification Consultants, Category 1.2, to support the implementation of PA Conversion. The consultant’s resources will be required to work on behalf of the classification team to ensure the conversion project rolls out seamlessly and to evaluate job descriptions against the new PA standard and write the associate rationales. The Organizational Design and Classification consultant resources may be required to participate in classification committees.
