Professional Audit Support Services (pass) Requirement This requirement is for: Measurement Canada, an agency of Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZQ-180001 who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category: Stream 6: Financial and Accounting Services Description of the Requirement: Measurement Canada (MC) requires professional services to document the business processes involved in the receipt, revenue and refund business cycle of each line of business, identify the key controls and design effectiveness of the system of internal control. The documentation should include business process narrative descriptions, as well as a flowchart and a risk control matrix for each key business process in order to provide a complete picture of the system of internal control. Level of Security Requirement: Company Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Reliability Document Safeguarding Security Level Required: Reliability Applicable Trade Agreements: The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA) Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CCoFTA), the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPaFTA), the Canada-Honduras Free Trade Agreement (CHFTA), the Canada-Korea Free Trade Agreement (CKFTA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
